Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using XpertRes you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept on its behalf.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Plans, billing and refunds

Free features are available without payment. Paid plans renew automatically for the period you selected until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the balance is settled. Refund requests within 14 days of a first charge are reviewed case by case.

4. Your content

You own the CVs, cover letters and text you create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, render, export and — when you ask for it — process that content with our AI assistant.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent or deliberately misleading employment information.
• Do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not resell or redistribute our templates as your own product.
• Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights.

6. AI-generated suggestions

Our assistant produces suggestions, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion for accuracy before sending your CV to an employer.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for hiring outcomes.
